FISHIN’ PAUL BUNYAN COUNTRY: Curbs Take The KCWC Title; Bemidji Cass Muskies Inc Tourney This Weekend; We Ask Dr. Andy About Zebra Mussels

It was a big day Saturday on Lake Bemidji. 120 boats were on the lake trying to find the five magic walleyes that would bring them the $20,000 championship check for the 20th annual Knights Of Columbus Walleye Classic. When it was all said and done and all the math was completed, it was Team Lucky…father Kelly and son Rylee Curb…who brought it home with a bag of an even 20 pounds, just eking out the win over Mike Amble and Paul Schummer by a couple ounces. Kev talks to the champions on today’s show.

Also, a preview of the next tournament in the Bemidji area…The Bemidji Cass Muskies Inc. Chapter hosts their 23rd annual event this Saturday. Chris Thury has all the details, including the fact that Lake Bemidji won’t be available to fish for the tournament this year…but there’s a ton of good muskie water that will be available.

And Dr. Andrew Hafs is in to answer another tough question, this time about the infamous Zebra Mussel. Subscribe to the podcast so you can listen any time. You can subscribe at PodcastOne or on the PodMN App. Or listen HERE:
