In yet another dominant performance, Bemidji rolled over East Grand Forks at their place last night, outshooting the Greenwave 22-1 and outscoring them 7-0 in a game heard on the Lumberjack Radio Network.
JD Bitter faced only one shot in yet another Lumberjack shutout. Silas Hess led the way with a hat trick, while Logan Mitchell had 2 goals and 2 assists. Meanwhile, Ben Hess had a goal and 2 assists and Kolden MIchalicek’s unassisted goal ended the scoring. It was Michalicek’s 2nd career goal and both have come this season.
The Lumberjacks are now 9-2-1 and have outscored their opponents 58-3 and have 9 shutouts. They have yet to give up more than one goal in a game. Bemidji is back on the road again Thursday in St. Cloud to battle Apollo at 7pm.
